Elevate is a company dedicated to assisting high school students to find jobs, internships, and volunteer opportunities. Our goal is to help kickstart early career paths for students who often have difficulty finding jobs of.
Unlike other recruitment platforms which make it incredibly difficult for students without degrees to find positions, Elevate is working to solely assist high school students at or under the age of 18. Ultimately, our goal is to help other students like ourselves find their spot in the American workforce, to assist students to find the field they would like to go into, or just to help them make a few extra bucks.
Simply put, Elevate is the only recruitment platform catering solely to high school students. We are seeking to help students make a few extra bucks, rack up volunteer hours, and find which field of work interests them through internships.
We partner with firms to offer you opportunities. We bill the firms a small fee for finding them, candidates. Then, we post the opportunities onto our website, and from then we find who is interested in what.
Aman Daga and Kesav Kosana started this business as a high school startup at Solon High School in Cleveland, Ohio. Both in 10th grade, they wanted an easier way to easily find jobs and internships without the hassle of searching the web and finding limited options. On top of that, trying to find a job was a constant problem that they heard about amongst their friends. Thus, they created Elevate - a platform to help high school students find summer jobs, volunteer opportunities, and internships.
